Η αυτοκρατορία ιδρύθηκε στις 18 Ιουλίου 2019, απ' τον κόμη και υπουργό Θωμά Μάριο Α'. Δεν αναγνωρίστηκε, αλλά στις 2 Οκτωβρίου 2019, η οικογένεια ανέδειξε την Βασιλική Α' σαν νέα αυτοκράτειρα και τότε κηρύχτηκε η ανεξαρτησία.

The empire founded on 18 July 2019, from the count and minister Thomas Marios I. The independence didn't recognize, but on 2 October 2019, the Royal Family of Ovrestlia desided to be the new monarch Vasiliki I. Also, on 2 October 2019, Ovrestlia declared the independence.
