The Upper Clisthenium Council vistied the Hellenic Parliament, and they were guided to the hall of the exhibition of Rigas Feraios. After that, they attended to the hall of the plenary season. At 2.00 of the same day, the President, the Prime Minister and the Minister of economy of the Hellenic Republic and the archbishop, signed with their counterparts the treaty of the Amalias Ave. Also, Vasiliki II and Mr Evangellos Venizelos signed the foundation of Bank of Ovrestlia. With that treaty, Ovrestlia protects the Principalities of Akarnania, Attiki, Macedonia and Trikki.
